WildLander Research and Writing Services is owned and operated as a home-based business by Carrie-Anne Lander, in Manitoba, Canada.
Carrie-Anne has a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Management from the University of Northern British Columbia in Prince George, B.C. (2002). She also has a Master of Natural Resources Management degree from the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Manitoba (2007). Her thesis involved studying the movements and distribution of woodland caribou on disturbed landscapes in West-central Manitoba, with implications for mitigating forestry impacts.
Carrie-Anne has knowledge and familiarity with integrated resource management and planning, landscape ecology, parks and protected areas, environmental impact assessment, species at risk, and wildlife biology and management. Her research and professional interests include wildlife habitat conservation, conservation agreements, wildlife ecology, landscape ecology, watershed planning and management, and wetland and waterfowl science.
Her combined experience in academic and professional writing, strong background in natural resources management, and passion for wildlife habitat conservation and environmental protection makes her an excellent candidate for your next project! WildLander Photography
Carrie-Anne Lander’s work, as well as her love for recreating outdoors, gives her many opportunities to capture the beauty and essence of nature in photographs. Her photographic collection includes stunning shots of landscapes, plants, animals, water, skies, and all things natural. Most of her images are captured in Canada, especially Manitoba, with some collections from various other destinations such as California. Some of the highlights of Carrie-Anne’s photography collection include wild animal portraits, humorous shots, rare sunset and cloud shots, and artistic representations of natural features.
